Incluso una peque\u00f1a cantidad \u2014y en casos extremos, simplemente estar en el mismo espacio que un alimento que causa alergia\u2014 puede desencadenar problemas digestivos, urticaria o hinchaz\u00f3n de las v\u00edas respiratorias. En algunas personas, una alergia alimentaria puede causar una reacci\u00f3n que pone en peligro la vida, conocida como anafilaxia, donde el cuerpo entra en shock anafil\u00e1ctico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14 ingredientes son identificados por el Reino Unido <a href=\"https:\/\/www.food.gov.uk\/safety-hygiene\/food-allergy-and-intolerance\"><strong>Agencia de Normas Alimentarias<\/strong><\/a> como los al\u00e9rgenos m\u00e1s importantes a identificar. Para ayudar a proteger a los consumidores, se han implementado leyes y regulaciones para exigir la divulgaci\u00f3n completa de los al\u00e9rgenos alimentarios potenciales en las etiquetas de los alimentos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ley de Natasha<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Aprobado en 2021, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncco.eu\/es\/blog\/recursos-de-la-industria\/la-ley-de-natasha-es-simple\/\">Ley de Natasha<\/a> requiere que todos los alimentos preenvasados para la venta directa (alimentos PPDS) incluyan una etiqueta que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Muestra el nombre de la comida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enumera los ingredientes en orden de volumen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>**Altramuces**\n**Apio**\n**Cereales con gluten** (como trigo, centeno, cebada, avena)\n**Crust\u00e1ceos**\n**Huevos**\n**Leche**\n**Moluscos**\n**Mostaza**\n**Di\u00f3xido de azufre y sulfitos** (en concentraciones superiores a 10 mg\/kg o 10 mg\/litro)\n**Frutos secos** (almendras, avellanas, nueces, anacardos, pecanas, pistachos, macadamias, nueces de Brasil)\n**Pescado**\n**Soja**\n**S\u00e9samo**\n**Diente de Drag\u00f3n**<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Campa\u00f1a Ley Owen<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Una campa\u00f1a para aprobar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/how-could-owens-law-change-allergen-labelling-libereat\/\">Ley de Owen<\/a> se ha introducido recientemente para complementar la Ley Natasha. Con el nombre de Owen Carey, de 18 a\u00f1os, quien muri\u00f3 tras comer en un restaurante de Londres en 2017 cuando no se revel\u00f3 el suero de leche utilizado para marinar el pollo, la campa\u00f1a busca endurecer los requisitos de los restaurantes para mostrar informaci\u00f3n sobre al\u00e9rgenos y evitar muertes innecesarias en el futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero asegurar que los al\u00e9rgenos alimentarios no est\u00e9n presentes en una receta es solo una parte de la ecuaci\u00f3n. Evitar la contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada con ingredientes seguros y al\u00e9rgenos alimentarios es otra. Cada alergia alimentaria es diferente y debe tratarse como tal.
