Ne sono affette 220 milioni di persone in tutto il mondo e il 40% dei bambini va incontro a una reazione potenzialmente letale quando entra in contatto con un allergene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oltre 160 \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Per dirla in modo semplice, le etichette alimentari possono aiutare i consumatori a evitare cibi o ingredienti ai quali loro o i loro familiari sono allergici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secondo la Food Standards Agency del Regno Unito,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cL'etichettatura degli allergeni \u00e8 una strategia di gestione del rischio intesa a fornire agli individui con allergie alimentari (FAI), e a coloro che acquistano e preparano il cibo per i FAI, l'accesso a informazioni chiare e accurate sulla presenza di allergeni negli alimenti, in modo che possano fare scelte alimentari sicure e consapevoli.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.food.gov.uk\/sites\/default\/files\/media\/document\/fsa-and-fsanz-consumers-and-allergen-labelling-literature-review-of-consumer-response-to-allergen-declarations-and-precautionary-allergen-labelling-revised.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><em>Leggi il rapporto completo qui<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riconoscendo il beneficio dell'etichettatura, il governo del Regno Unito ha promulgato normative per garantire la sicurezza dei consumatori quando mangiano fuori casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Natasha's Law, entrata in vigore nel 2021, ha modificato i regolamenti sull'etichettatura degli alimenti richiedendo un'etichettatura completa degli ingredienti e degli allergeni per gli alimenti preconfezionati per la vendita diretta (PPDS); gli allergeni in particolare devono essere evidenziati sull'etichetta per una migliore visibilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ulteriori regolamenti sono in discussione sotto forma di Owen\u2019s Law.
